Ralph Lauren has announced that Chief Financial Officer Justin Picicci will assume global responsibility for its real estate and logistics operations, adding to his existing oversight of financial and corporate strategy. The company said the move will “enable further integration and support long-term growth”.
Ralph Lauren has increasingly treated real estate as a capital allocation decision, buying flagship locations in SoHo, Newbury Street and Prince Street to secure its presence in key cities. Logistics is also tied to its tariff strategy, as the company shifts production across a diversified supply chain and prepares for potentially higher tariff rates. Both functions have direct margin implications, making them a natural fit with the CFO.
The announcement is part of a series of expanded roles the company has assigned to its leaders under its ‘Next Great Chapter: Drive’ strategy. The changes take effect November 29, following the retirement of Chief Operating Officer Bob Rantfl.
The company also announced that Halide Alagöz will become Chief Operating & Product Officer and lead the company’s AI strategy. Chief Marketing Officer Iris Langlois-Meurinne will also oversee licensing. Chief Global Impact & Communications Officer Katie Ioanilli will add Design with Intent, the company’s cultural collaboration initiative, to her portfolio.
