Vecna Robotics has raised $31 million as demand for flexible automation grows across warehouses and manufacturing facilities. The company said the capital will help it expand deployment teams, grow its go-to-market operations, and develop new capabilities for moving cases and pallets.
The funding round was led by Unless, with existing investors Drive Capital, Tiger Global, Highland Capital Partners and Tectonic Ventures also participating.
The investment comes as buyers reassess their automation suppliers following regulatory action by the FCC on connected robots. This policy shift, combined with persistent labor shortages and rising operational overhead, has prompted logistics and manufacturing leaders to seek reliable domestic alternatives.
Vecna said it is seeing growing demand as warehouse and manufacturing operators seek to automate material movement without fixed infrastructure. It said demand for its CaseFlow system has more than doubled since its 2025 launch.
